When Nikalene Riddle started the Skinnymixers Facebook group in 2013 as a community for her postpartum weight loss journey, she never knew it would turn into what it is today - a highly engaged online community with over 249,000 active members, which has sold 17 self-published cookbooks, with over 500K sales worldwide.
The Skinnymixers Facebook group is an engaged, supportive healthy recipe community where home cooks encourage, motivate and find inspiration for their Thermo cooking.
The platform has won awards such as the 'Highest % Growth' Award in the 2017 Shopify's Build a Bigger Business Competition with Tony Robbins, as part of the prize, Nikalene got to ring the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange and spend a week with some incredible mentors like Tony Robbins, Tim Ferris and Marie Forleo. Nikalene has also won the Ausmumpreneur Awards multiple times.
Nikalene and her business partner, Grant Neal are seasoned presenters, having worked with Meatstock, and the Let's Go Caravan and Camping Show, to name a few.
