Rebecca Gawthorne, also known as 'Nourish Naturally', is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Accredited Nutritionist, and member of the Dietitians Association of Australia. Rebecca has built an engaged community on her digital platforms, where she shares easy-to-recreate recipes and nutritional education. She is passionate about helping Aussies eat more plant food and balanced diets.
She holds a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours I) from the University of Wollongong and received First Class Honours for her research conducted at the Sydney Children’s Hospital, which has been published internationally. Rebecca commenced working as “The Flying Dietitian”, travelling each fortnight throughout rural NSW to help Indigenous communities with their nutrition.
She then grew her private dietetic practice in Sydney, where she worked one-on-one with clients to improve their health through food, nutrition and healthy lifestyle changes. With a particular interest in chronic disease management, mindful eating, healthy weight management and healthy eating.
Rebecca ran this practice for five years, during which she established her Dietetic presence online and started her Instagram and blog, where she now works full-time with brands and as a content creator.
